Make It Monday: Rain Boot Liners

I don’t know about where you live, but around these parts lately, it’s been dreary and rainy.  So to perk up my spirits, I thought it would be fun to make my own rain boot liners.  I found H for Handmade‘s informational tutorial, and now my feet stay cozy, warm, and dry!
